Ms. Wu has served as a sales director and vice president for large multinational companies such as the United States and Canada. She was one of the founders of the largest coaching technology training company in Asia. She served as the president of the Southwest Region and successfully established the franchise system. She has more than 27 years of experience in large-scale corporate management, market development experience, and has more than 22 years of corporate coaching experience, and nearly 23 years of entrepreneurial experience, training and coaching style is keen and insightful.

Ms. Wu designed the Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development (CCLD) for the SPACE China Business School of the University of Hong Kong.
